Tangorra Orquesta mit Eliana Sosa

At the Embrace Festival, the Haus der Sinne celebrates the 15th stage anniversary of one of the most important electrotango bands from Buenos Aires: Tangorra! At the Milonga Pista Doble, there will be two dancefloors with two DJs: Michael Rühl (traditional) and Juliane (neo)!

For their 15th anniversary, Tangorra returns to their Berlin home!
Haus der Sinne presents the most celebrated show of the new electrotango generation. The energy of Fran and Mikele Borra and Cecilia Giles (violin) is complemented by the distinctive and powerful voice of Eliana Sosa, delivering a vibrant new repertoire that will keep you dancing all night long.

Tangorra Orquesta – Electro Tango – Tango Nuevo

Eliana Sosa is the singer of the Orquesta Típica Misteriosa de Buenos Aires and the Juan Pablo Gallardo Orchestra. Since 2013, she has recorded several albums and toured throughout Europe. In 2016, she was part of the cast of the opera “María de Buenos Aires” by Piazzolla and Ferrer, performed at the Tango Buenos Aires Festival and World Cup at Teatro Colón. She has performed at iconic venues such as El Café de los Angelitos, El Barracas, Complejo Tango, and Esquina Homero Manzi.

Eliana Sosa has been a member of the artist roster of the Municipality of Florencio Varela since 2007. She also works as a vocal coach at the community’s cultural center and is the creator of the course “Tango for Voice” for singers.
